When your order has been shipped, you will receive a notification via email and/or text that includes your tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your shipment via USPS.COM
If you haven't received any prior emails regarding the status or confirmation of your order, please contact us.

Shipping addresses cannot be changed. We will only ship to the shipping address entered when the order was originally placed.

If you believe that your package was lost or stolen, please contact Customer Service.
Please also note: We are not to be held responsible under any circumstance for lost or stolen packages after fulfillment. If your package is lost or stolen during transit or after delivery— we advise you to file an insurance claim online at USPS.COM and run a thorough search around your delivery address and check with any neighbors in case the carrier delivered it to the wrong address or entered your package into your delivery system incorrectly.
Most apartment buildings often run into issues with carriers not scanning in packages in order for you to receive a notification and get access to your package room. In case of this incident, always report it to your leasing office and ask for access in return to search for your package.
